About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Integrity to serve as a senior physician executive with a focus on establishing and advancing the organization's clinical integrity strategy, governance framework, and clinical risk and compliance standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise leadership in clinical accuracy, defensibility, consistency, and the responsible use of clinical intelligence capabilities. This role involves leading the clinical integrity escalation and disagreement function, providing consultative physician support, and ensuring that clinical standards are aligned with operational workflows and client commitments. The VP will also be tasked with setting and achieving key performance expectations related to clinical integrity and compliance. Candidates for the Vice President, Clinical Integrity position at the company must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, current board certification in a recognized medical specialty, and an active, unrestricted medical license. A minimum of 12 years' of progressive experience in physician leadership, clinical operations, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or a related healthcare environment is required, with a strong preference for those with formal training or certification in clinical informatics, healthcare quality, compliance, patient safety, or a related discipline. The role demands executive-level experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and complex, cross-functional clinical programs, as well as a proven track record in establishing clinical governance, quality, risk, or compliance frameworks. Core competencies include executive clinical leadership, clinical judgment, governance, risk and compliance orientation, strategic thinking, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will also have experience with AI-enabled healthcare solutions, data-driven clinical tools, or clinical decision support, and demonstrate effective remote work leadership.
