Primary Care NP/PA | Lead Longitudinal Patient Care

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our Weymouth, MA team. You will deliver longitudinal primary care, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with RNs and specialists in a value-based care model. The role requires NP/PA certification, MA license, DEA, MCSR, and BLS with at least 3 years of ambulatory experience.
