Job Description:
- Drive the optimization of plant operations by analyzing production processes, workflows, and labor utilization
- Evaluate and enhance equipment utilization, material flow, and operating systems to improve overall productivity
- Champion improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and cost performance across plant operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support strategic initiatives
- Lead capital improvement projects and oversee equipment installation efforts from planning through execution
Key Requirements:
- Engineering Degree required
- Demonstrated experience in process improvements and CAPEX project management
- Background in metals manufacturing, including aluminum, zinc, steel, or iron ore operations
