Senior Flight Software Engineer – Satellite Systems

Capella Space, now part of IonQ's space business, is seeking a Flight Software Engineer to write software for our satellite fleet in orbit. You will collaborate with EE, FPGA, and ground software engineers to design, build, and evolve flight code for a growing constellation. You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with real-time embedded systems, C/C++, Python, and embedded Linux, and you will shape the team's engineering roadmap while ensuring safety-critical reliability in live operations.
