Academic Year in America (AYA) within the AIFS family seeks a dynamic Regional Director to lead student placement and support efforts in a hybrid Stamford, CT role. You’ll connect with host families, students, and partners, driving placements and ensuring high-quality student experiences. You will oversee a network of Local Coordinators, manage outreach, and ensure compliance with program policies, all while delivering exceptional service and outcomes for students and families.
