Cashier Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing exceptional service to guests? We are looking for a talented Cashier to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. As a Cashier, you will greet guests warmly, handle transactions accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities of a cashier: Greet guests warmly and promptly take their orders. Accept payments, provide receipts, and fulfill orders. Maintain a clean and well-stocked front area.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a smile and handle transactions efficiently.
Balancing the cash register and building ToGo orders accurately.
Accept payments in various forms and provide change and receipts.
Process returns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
Requirements:
Outgoing and energetic personality.
Basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to resolve complaints effectively.
