In-House Commercial Counsel — 9-5 Balance, NJ

JCW Group is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer for its US legal team in Northern New Jersey. This in-house role offers a hands-on seat with a true 9–5 cadence in a small, close-knit team led by leaders who invest in developing people. You will draft, review and negotiate licensing, supply, vendor and confidentiality agreements, own a high volume of contracts end to end, and advise stakeholders across commercial, operations and HR on day‑to‑day legal issues.
