As a Dietary Cook at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and special dietary needs for our residents in accordance with our menu and dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food inventory, ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with our registered dietitian and other food service team members to ensure resident food preferences and dietary restrictions are met
- Develop and implement creative and nutritious menu options for our residents
- Participate in meal service and ensure excellent presentation and plating of food
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and resident preferences
