Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support

Position Summary: This role is located in Boston. The successful individual will protect critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.

Responsibilities: Empower breakthrough innovations, take ownership, lead initiatives. Participate in all aspects of web, database, and application server life‑cycles; installing new hardware and operating systems, supporting existing servers and platforms, applying bug and security patching, performance monitoring and tuning, break/fix troubleshooting, and retirement or upgrade of older hardware and platforms. Diagnose and resolve problems quickly; communicate with interdisciplinary teams and users; ensure technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation The base salary is expected to be between $69,000 and $185,000 per year at commencement. Salary will be determined individually based on experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
