Your Day-to-DayGreet guests with authenticity and enthusiasm Manage appointments, salon pro schedules, and waitlists using our booking system Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, including retail sales and rebooking Keep our space tidy, stocked, and flowing beautifully Collaborate with the team to deliver a cohesive, elevated guest experience Handle intake and consent forms in accordance with our protocols
