The successful candidate will be a nationally respected endocrinologist with a strong academic background, including a minimum of 10 years' experience post-fellowship, and a proven track record in clinical excellence, research innovation, and education. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of endocrinology within the organization, particularly in the context of a significant expansion and a commitment to patient-centered care. The Division Chair will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across the three pillars of the institution - clinical practice, research, and education - and will be expected to advance the Division's national reputation for excellence in the field. Applicants for the Division Chair position must hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD with board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, and be eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in an academic setting, a strong record of scholarly accomplishments, and a demonstrated commitment to high-impact, transformative innovation.
