We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Associate for a busy manufacturing facility in the Houston 77066 / Willowbrook area.
This is a hands-on, physical warehouse position that involves operating a forklift, loading and unloading materials, moving products, and assisting with daily shipping and receiving operations.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with previous forklift and warehouse experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift safely to move materials and products
- Load outgoing orders
- Unload incoming materials and deliveries
- Move materials throughout the shipping and receiving area
- Assist with preparing orders for shipment
- Perform repetitive lifting and physical warehouse work
- Read and follow work instructions accurately
- Verify materials and orders are handled correctly
- Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting throughout the workday
- Comfortable loading and unloading materials
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the shift
- Able to read and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and self-motivated
- Dependable with good attendance
- ScheduleMonday–Friday8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
