Event Specialist (Registration & Reporting)

Your new company Our client is a global nonprofit organization that delivers conferences, educational programs, and professional development events worldwide. They are seeking temporary support during a maternity leave to help manage event registration operations and reporting across multiple events. Your new role This role focuses on event registration management, attendee reporting, customer support, and data analysis. You will build and manage registrations in Cvent, support attendees throughout the registration process, generate reports, maintain event data, and partner with internal teams to ensure a positive attendee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Cvent and Excel skills who enjoys the operational side of events. What you will need to succeed 3+ years of experience in event registration, event operations, or event administration Hands on Cvent experience including registration builds, attendee management, and reporting Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis Experience managing attendee communications and registration inquiries Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Conexient, Broadcast Med, or similar platforms is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills What you will get in return This contract opportunity offers exposure to large scale conferences and professional development events within a mission driven organization.
