School-Based Youth Behavioral Coach

Shiloh House in Longmont, CO, is seeking a full-time Youth Mentor/Behavioral Coach. You will guide students through challenging situations, promote self-regulation, and model positive behaviors within a school setting. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documenting behaviors, and collaborating with the team to implement behavior plans while supporting teachers and student outcomes. Must meet background checks and be at least 23 with a Colorado driver’s license.
