Dairy Plant Operator - 3-Shift Production

Alpenhain is a fourth-generation cheese dairy seeking an experienced production operator to set up, reconfigure, and run complex systems in our three-shift production facility. You will monitor processes and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining hygiene across production areas. The role requires vocational dairy-tech or machine/operator training, with German language skills (A2 or better) and ability to work weekends.
