Apply for this role →Working remotely as a full-time hourly Remote Phone Sales Representative, the candidate will assist customers in purchasing automotive accessories, manage customer communications, and utilize sales techniques to enhance vehicle modifications.
Key responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and product information
Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales while suggesting related modifications to customers' vehicles
Meet performance metrics related to customer service quality and revenue targets while participating in ongoing education to improve product knowledge
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy
Must reside in specified states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
