Resident Experience & Community Concierge

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations at our New York properties. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and lead local marketing efforts to drive resident engagement and retention. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a minimum of 15 hours per week, and a commitment to Core Spaces' service standards. You’ll create social content with Canva and help plan resident events.
