Akkodis is seeking a –" Learning Go-to-Market & Partner Strategy Lead" for a Contract position with a client located in Remote.
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. (The rate/salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.).
Role Overview: The Learning GTM, Partner Ecosystem Lead is a strategic individual contributor responsible for scaling our Learning indirect partner sales ecosystem within the assigned region (EMEA, APJC, or AMER). You will act as the regional subject-matter expert, translating global strategy into actionable Go-to-Market (GTM) execution plans. You will drive partner enablement, practice building, and joint execution to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced learning bookings.
Note: This role does not hold direct partner ownership; partner accountability remains with the Partner Development Manager (PDM) or Partner Sales Manager (PSM) organization in the region. You will provide the strategic learning and skilling direction and enablement expertise.
Core Responsibilities: Strategy & GTM Development Develop and execute a regional partner GTM plan aligned with Learn with Cisco (LwC) growth objectives and Cisco's global 360 Partner Program. Partner with regional sales leadership to embed LwC strategy into existing partner plans. Identify high-potential customer solutions, industry verticals, and service propositions that drive scalable partner-led learning growth. Maintain a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, competitive trends, and regulatory requirements. Sales & Business Development Support Drive Partner-led learning sales activities in collaboration with PDMs, PSMs, and regional sales teams. Create initiatives that generate net-new partner pipeline, increase bookings, and support recurring-revenue growth. Provide execution support for complex partner opportunities, removing commercial, operational, or organizational barriers to success. Review pipeline progress and performance, providing data-driven insights to leadership. Program Adoption & Enablement Lead the regional Learn with Cisco partner channel strategy. Act as the subject-matter expert on commercial models, incentives, and partner economics. Educate and enable sales, partner, and technical teams on how to position and execute Cisco's learning strategy. Partner with technical managers to ensure service-development and delivery capabilities are aligned with the GTM strategy. Commercial & Stakeholder Leadership Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Channel, LwC, Legal, Finance, Operations) without direct authority. Support complex commercial negotiations and agreement structures to ensure they are scalable and viable. Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews and updates to regional and global leadership. Required Experience &
Competencies: Expertise: Extensive experience in partner GTM, business development, or channel management within a global technology environment. Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional, executable partner and sales plans.
Influencing Skills: Exceptional ability to drive consensus and influence stakeholders across sales, technical, and executive functions without direct reporting ownership. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of recurring-revenue models, incentive structures, and complex contract negotiation. Communication: Native-level fluency in English is required; superior executive communication and presentation skills are essential. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology channel, partner ecosystem, and digital-resilience or cloud service trends. Education/Experience: Proven track record in managing pipeline, forecasting, and cross-functional project leadership.
