Centralized Vehicle Appraiser The Centralized Vehicle Appraiser is responsible for reviewing electronic trade/sell submissions from customers and providing a swift and accurate purchase offer. Appraisers negotiate pricing, understand vehicle condition, the subsequent costs involved in reconditioning, and make financially sound purchasing decisions for the company.

Pay Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000. The anticipated hiring range is $60,000, with final compensation determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, and internet inquiries from customers
- Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensures timely processing of all leads
- Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process
- Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate
- Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas
- Effectively utilize lead management tools

- Experience in procuring quality vehicles that meet company's standards 3 years experience in virtual vehicle appraising
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree preferred
