Compassionate Nursing Assistant – Resident Care

Ashland is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document entries clearly, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor. The role requires strict adherence to care policies, maintaining resident privacy, and supporting safe transfers and mobility within the unit. CPR is preferred and a minimum 10th grade education is required.
