Header Operator (Weekend Shift - Ola Area)

Schedule: There is a $0.50 shift differential for night shift Friday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 6:00 PMFriday - Sunday 5:30 PM - 6:00

AM Job Duties: Set up and operate cold header machines (single or multi-die)Load wire stock and ensure proper feed into the machine Install and adjust dies, punches, and tooling for each job Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain part quality Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Identify defects and adjust machine settings to reduce scrap Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed Maintain accurate production and quality records Perform routine maintenance and assist with machine changeovers Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
