Role Overview: As our Lead Commercial Service Technician, you will:

• Service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
• Lead and mentor developing technicians, helping shape the next generation of talent
• Play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• QualificationsEducation & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Licensing & Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Recognized technical trainingEPA certification
• Pre‐hire drug screen and background check
• Technical Skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, O&M manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Ability to draft routine service reports
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role
• Familiarity with:o Commercial package units (all sizes)o Water‐source heat pumpso Heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, chillerso Control valveso Building automation and control systems· Strong critical‐thinking and diagnostic skills

• Flexible with overtime, on‐call rotation, and occasional weekends
