Customer Transporter

Salary: $32,000/year Scope Of Position Maintain the safe, organized transportation of participants and staff via company van Provide backup coverage for front desk

Essential Functions: Schedule transportation for participants via company van Safely transport participants and staff to job fairs, city buildings, meetings, and interviews Arrive on time for scheduled rider pick-ups Prepare transportation paperwork for audits Maintain a safe and clean vehicle Notify participants about the van shuttle service policies Communicate with staff regarding participants who do not follow the shuttle policies Provide courteous and respectful customer service Log all shuttle schedule and van maintenance information in Excel databases Schedule and coordinate required maintenance for van Deliver or pick-up inter-office and customer documents when requested Adhere to program policies and procedures Document participant contacts in case notes, as needed Perform monthly facility safety audits and assist with emergency planning tasks and annual safety drills Greet visitors and answer telephones in a pleasant and efficient manner Other opportunities as available
