About One Click Contractor One Click Contractor builds the software that home improvement contractors use to win. Our estimating platform, One Click Estimator (OCE), helps sales reps quote complex remodeling projects in minutes instead of hours, and our 1LOOK® financing platform matches homeowners with the right lender from a single application. Together, they turn one in-home visit into a signed, funded project. Contractors have powered more than $14 billion in project estimates through our platform, and some of the most respected names in home improvement rely on us every day. We were built by people who came up in this industry and know what it takes to close a deal at the kitchen table. We are growing fast, with an exceptional team committed to mutual success.
Job Summary: The Account Manager owns a book of home improvement dealer accounts on the One Click Contractor (OCC) platform and sells both of our products: One Click Estimator (OCE) and 1LOOK financing. The role is accountable for winning net new business on either product, growing the financed volume dealers originate through our lender network, and expanding and protecting existing accounts. Day to day, that means running cadence calls, sharing performance data, coaching dealers on what drives approvals and funded loans, and cross-selling OCE seats, 1LOOK, and merchant services across the book. This role is built for someone who has sold home improvement financing products with or for a lender and understands how dealers, Finance Managers, and lender programs actually work together. Candidates with direct sales, sales management, or finance management experience inside a home improvement company will also be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Account Ownership and Cadence Manage an assigned book of dealer accounts on the cadence tier set for each account (weekly, monthly, or quarterly), holding scheduled cadence calls and sharing data packets for every account. Log all calls, data packets, and customer interactions in Hub Spot or the Company's system of record so engagement is measurable. Own the dealer relationship end to end, from onboarding follow-through to renewal, and act as the dealer's trusted advisor on financing programs and platform usage.2. Financed Volume and Lender Performance Grow funded loan volume and company referral revenue across your book by helping dealers improve application flow, approval rates, take rates, and average funded amounts. Analyze dealer-level funnel data (applications, approvals, funded loans, rep effectiveness) and translate it into specific coaching and process recommendations. Explain lender programs, rate and term structures, and decisioning to dealers and their sales reps, and match dealers to the programs that fit their customer mix. Relay lender feedback, program changes, and market trends to internal Sales and Product teams.3. Selling OCE and 1LOOK: New Business, Expansion, and Attach Sell both OCE and 1LOOK: win net new dealer business on either product, and position the two together as one workflow from estimate to funded loan. Ability to demo complex, multi-feature software to diverse audiences, adapting the presentation to each customer's workflow and level of technical comfort. Ability to quickly learn, use, and understand One Click Estimating at a deep level, including how estimates, pricing, and proposals come together for home improvement contractors. Add merchant services (credit card) as an add-on to new and existing accounts. Cross-sell the back book: move existing OCE-only and 1LOOK-only dealers onto the other product and sell additional seats. Expand finance revenue in existing accounts by increasing 1LOOK utilization and lender program adoption. Close net new seat sales against quarterly targets.4. Account Planning and Retention Build and execute account plans that maximize adoption, retention, and revenue within your book. Track account health and proactively address usage gaps, declining volume, and risk signals before they become churn. Escalate and resolve dealer issues quickly, coordinating with Support, Implementation, and Customer Success.5. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success on dealer onboarding, escalations, and feedback. Report on book performance, engagement rate, and volume trends to the SVP of Sales, and participate in quarterly tier and book reviews. Share best practices with the Account Management team and support cross-training on new product features.
Required Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of consumer home improvement financing: how loans are originated, submitted, decisioned, and funded, and what drives approval and take rates. Proven ability to build trust with dealer owners, sales managers, and sales reps, and to coach them using data. Comfort with numbers: reading funnel and funded-volume reports, spotting trends, and turning them into clear recommendations. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to close seat, financing, and merchant services expansion within an existing relationship. Excellent written and verbal communication, including running structured cadence calls and preparing data packets. Self-directed and organized enough to manage a book of accounts across multiple cadence tiers without missing commitments. Experience with a CRM such as Hub Spot is a plus.
Education and Experience: Required 3+ years selling home improvement financing products with or for a lender, such as a point-of-sale or contractor-channel lender, a lender partner program, or a financing platform. Direct experience working with home improvement dealers and contractors to originate loans and grow funded volume. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and comply with Company security and compliance policies. Preferred Experience as a sales rep or sales manager at a home improvement company, including selling with consumer financing. Experience as a finance manager, or in a financing or loan-facilitation role, at a home improvement company. Experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role is a plus. Familiarity with SaaS or fintech platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred, not required with equivalent experience. One Click Contractor is an equal opportunity employer.
