Multistate Payroll Tax Specialist

Gallagher is seeking a skilled Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. This temporary role focuses on payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local levels, with hybrid schedule 2–3 days in the Orlando office and the rest remote. The ideal candidate has hands-on ADP Smart Compliance experience, can research and resolve complex tax issues independently, and support 60+ FEINs while ensuring accurate filings and timely payments.
