Pay & Schedule$23-$2412-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AMMonday Wednesday or Thursday Saturday Optional 4-hour Sunday shifts available to reach your 40-hour workweek
Team Lead Responsibilities:
Lead and support employees on the production line Keep production running efficiently and on schedule Monitor product quality and production standards Train and assist new employees Communicate production needs and concerns to supervisors Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with troubleshooting and production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous leadership or manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team Willingness to work a 12-hour schedule Interested in a leadership opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent schedule?
