Youth Success Coach Assistant & Program Support

Boys & Girls Club of Dayton is seeking a dedicated staff member to assist the Success Coach Education Coordinator and Club Director in implementing programs for members, with emphasis on Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Character and Good Leadership, and Workforce Readiness. You will help deliver instruction, run events, maintain records, and support positive relationships with youth while working with a team in a safe, structured environment.
