Director of Outreach & Enrollment Growth

Welbe Health is seeking a Marketing Outreach & Enrollment Director to lead the Outreach and Enrollment Team, collaborate with the IDT, and foster external partnerships. This role drives marketing, enrollment processes, and performance metrics to meet census goals within a value-based care model. The candidate will leverage Salesforce and MS Office, guide budget development, and report on key metrics to senior leadership. A senior healthcare growth background is preferred.
