Key Responsibilities:
- Own U.S. brand strategy
- Define positioning, localization and audience growth paths for Our Client’s own-brand portfolio.
- Drive end-to-end campaigns
- Lead campaigns from planning and creative direction through to channel execution across social, PR, influencers and retail.
- Own the brand marketing budget
- Plan spend, track ROI and deliver measurable brand-awareness outcomes.
- Lead cross-channel coordination
- Align Amazon, Costco, Target and DTC channels to create a unified brand experience. xhmxlyz What We’re Looking ForRequired 5+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, Supplements or Health & Wellness
- Proven track record of building brands in the U.S. market
- Hands-on experience owning and managing a brand marketing budget
- Based in the U.S. with deep cultural fluency in U.S. consumer behavior
- PreferredBig-brand or 4A agency background running U.S. campaignsU.S. retail partnership experience, including Costco, Target, etc.
- Based on the U.S. West Coast, preferably California or Washington
- Cross-border team or international HQ experience
