Jacaero Industries is a family-owned supplier of serviceable airframe components to airlines, MROs and brokers around the world. We're headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, TN and have been in business since 2010. We are entering an exciting growth phase for the business and opening a sales office in Franklin, TN.
The role:
We're looking for an Inside Sales Associate to quote and close inbound rotables inquiries from airlines, MROs and brokers. You'll join a hands-on inside sales team, learn from experienced rotables sellers, and have the opportunity to grow within the business.
What you'll do:
- Respond to inbound RFQs quickly and accurately through marketplaces, email and phone
- Price rotable parts based on condition, trace and market data
- Follow up on open quotes and turn them into orders
- Build relationships with repeat buyers
- Work with our operations, QC and transaction teams so orders ship on time
- Keep customer and vendor quote activity up to date in our CRMWhat you bring
- High School diploma and associate or bachelor's degree1–3 years in aircraft parts sales, purchasing or MRO customer service
- Working knowledge of the aviation parts business is a plus
- Fast, accurate quoting and clear written communication
- Comfort speaking to customers and negotiating prices
- Ability to manage a high volume of RFQsExperience with ILS, Aeroxchange and/or Rotabull is a plus
