Key Responsibilities: Serves as a strategic technical partner to account managers. Supports high-value opportunities through advanced proposals, solution positioning, customer evaluations, and cross-functional coordination. Supports new programs, STCs, new products, and competitive replacements. Supports and attends trade shows, fly-ins, platform-specific events, customer visits, and technical presentations. All roles at Signia are expected to support the company's operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization's business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
Requirements
Key Deliverables of the Position: Lead technical solution development for complex or high-value customer opportunities. Create advanced proposals, presentations, and technical value cases. Drive competitive differentiation and solution positioning in customer engagements. Advise account teams on solution strategy and customer approach. Support customer evaluations, testing, proof-of-concept activities, and integration planning. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to develop customer solutions. Influence internal strategy by sharing market, customer, and product insights. Support negotiations and executive-level technical discussions.
Education and Experience:
  • Advanced knowledge of technical solutioning, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
  • Proven experience supporting complex or high-value sales opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline 4+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or applications engineering
