Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Supporting the training and operational infrastructure of the outreach team, the full-time remote Outreach Training and Program Manager will co-lead onboarding, oversee quality assurance, and manage administrative functions while engaging with patients as needed.
Key responsibilities:
Co-lead training sessions for new hires on outreach processes and best practices, including creating training materials
Manage performance for new hires, ensuring they meet all milestones during the onboarding period
Oversee quality assurance by scoring new hire calls and providing actionable feedbackRequired qualificationsExperience in training, quality assurance, and performance management, preferably in healthcare or call center environments
Proven ability to lead engaging training and coaching sessions
Strong background in QA call scoring and managing administrative logistics
Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm CT
