Neurology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its established outpatient neurology practice in Niskayuna, NY. The role includes evaluating and managing neurological conditions, developing treatment plans, ordering and reviewing diagnostic tests, educating patients, coordinating care, and providing ongoing follow-up. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological conditions. Take comprehensive histories and perform neurological examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Order and review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests. Educate patients and manage medications. Coordinate care and provide longitudinal follow-up, documenting encounters in the electronic medical record.
