IT Support Engineer — Hybrid IT Ops & Automation

Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. You will triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues across a mostly macOS environment, with a strong service mindset and sound judgment. Anthropic is growing fast; you’ll onboard at scale, automate repetitive processes, and continually improve the employee experience. You’ll work with IT Engineering and Security and may grow into more technical infrastructure work.
