About the Role: The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, financial oversight, and advocacy support to advance the mission of preventing and ending homelessness in the United States. This includes upholding legal and fiduciary responsibilities, participating in strategic planning, and ensuring the organization's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The Board is also responsible for fundraising, with an expectation of each member to make the organization a top philanthropic priority and to give or raise a specified amount annually. The ideal candidates will be mission-driven leaders, bringing diverse expertise, and a shared commitment to systemic change.
