The team is looking for someone with advanced Excel skills, compensation modeling, payroll processing, and strong data analytics experience.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the Compose compensation system, including importing and reconciling benefits and 401(k) data following year-end payroll.
Maintaining and updating an existing year-end compensation modeling file.
Processing payroll through Rippling.
Supporting equity vesting and grant processing in February, including reviewing and auditing transactions. Prior equity experience is not required.
Conducting quarterly 401(k) audits to ensure employee contributions and allocations align with plan rules and elections.
Assisting with additional data analytics, reporting, and ad hoc projects as needed.
