Full-Time LPN – Primary Care, Immunizations & Bonus

Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time LPN for our Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics office. This 40-hour/week position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus potential. You will administer vaccines, document conversations and entries in the patient record, maintain patient flow, prepare patients for visits, collect specimens, enter orders, and assist with procedures under the provider's direction.
