Car Wash Manager

What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Train, coach, and motivate team members Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety Track key performance metrics (membership sales, labor cost, throughput) Enforce company policies and safety procedures Benefits:

What We're Looking For: Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar) Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals Basic math and cash-handling skills Must have reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Must be willing to work outside in all seasons. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time/entire work shift. Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and step to perform job duties. Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 40 pounds. Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment. Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
