Transit Engineering Lead: Underground Tunneling & SEM

Saylor Consulting Group in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to support TJPA's The Portal program. You will guide the 40-CT Civil & Tunnel Progressive Design-Build scope, coordinating across disciplines to ensure safe, constructible delivery in a dense urban setting. Reporting to the Package Manager, you will lead technical development, review design submissions, manage interfaces with GEC and IPMT, and address complex design and constructability issues while aligning with
