Apply for this role →Internal Communications Specialist / AssociateDHL Global Forwarding manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. We are part of DHL Group, the world's leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries. As an Internal Communications Specialist / Associate you will plan and deliver clear, timely and consistent internal communications across DGF NORAM. This role supports senior leadership communications, employee engagement and key regional business priorities. You will be managing internal channels and provide templates, standards and guidance that enable products, functions and locations to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the regional internal communications calendar and recurring business communications
- Draft and coordinate CEO, NMB and leadership communications
- Support selected leadership calls, town halls, employee forums and organizational announcements
- Develop communications for regional initiatives including Simply Grow, Service First, EOS and employee engagement campaigns
- Create multimedia content, including videos, graphics and digital communications, to support leadership, employee engagement and company initiatives
- Support regional Smart Connect publishing, governance, adoption and training
- Create employee stories, leadership messages, campaign materials and channel content
- Provide templates, guidance and toolkits for products, functions, countries and stations
- Coordinate sensitive or time-critical internal communications with the accountable business and functional stakeholders

As an Air Export Agent, you will be responsible for the movement of our customer's air export shipments. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between customer's shipment exports, customs brokers, and shipping carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Completes coordination between all applicable parties for all air export shipments for our customers; ensures timely bookings with airline on customer behalf Prepares export documentation, including entry into Logis Air, in accordance to country requirements as well as the preparation of Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Airway Bill and any other documents required by the customer Compliant filing of AES (automated electronic system) export customs Communicates regularly with customer in regards to customer's shipment status as well as continuous communication with overseas to meet delivery commitments; follow-up with airline to monitor and track departure and arrival information and updates Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy. Ensure customer profiles are accurate and updated Meet all KPI's assigned and audited by the Control Tower Maintain brand and communications consistency in line with DHL Group and Divisional guidelines Maintain alignment with Divisional Communications, HR, Marketing and other relevant teams
