Redesign the close process from scratch, building scalable workflows, documentation, and controls.
Partner with internal teams and corporate accounting to provide guidance and drive better decisions.
What We're Looking For:
Active CPA and 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and public company close.
Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to explain the "why" behind technical requirements.
Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and build scalable solutions with strong project management.

You hold the work to an uncompromising standard, digging into discrepancies and translating complex requirements for non-accountants.
