Position: Night Audit (Part-Time)
Schedule: Friday and Saturday nights. Holidays required.
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour. Pay is negotiable with prior experience.
About the Role:
Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. You'll be the face of the hotel overnight, welcoming late arrivals, helping guests, and balancing the day's transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests, and handle check-outs and guest requests
- Complete the nightly audit: post charges, reconcile accounts, and balance the day
- Run end-of-day reports and prepare the daily reports for the morning team
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions or concerns
- Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Perform light front desk duties, such as restocking supplies and preparing the breakfast area
Requirements:
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights, including holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous hotel, front desk, or night audit experience
- Experience with a hotel property management system
