We service, repair, and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment for cafés, offices, and hospitality clients throughout the region. Our team is passionate about coffee, craftsmanship, and delivering reliable service to every client we work with.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Part-Time Coffee Equipment Technician. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial coffee and espresso equipment at client locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and the coffee industry. No prior coffee industry experience required. We will train the right candidate. If you are mechanically minded, reliable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues
- Complete service records and document work performed accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients during on-site visits
- Transport equipment and parts as needed (valid driver's license required)
- Support senior technicians on complex repairs and service calls QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a similar trade is preferred — but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Interest in or knowledge of specialty coffee is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented ●Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmentsWHAT WE OFFER
