Responsibilities:
Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices Record and post Accounts Receivable transactions Assist with payment processing and collections follow-upAIA, Job Cost Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding account inquiries Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience IN A CONSTRUCTION or PROJECT ACCOUNTING environment Experience with AP and AR data entry and processing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
