Group Sales & Events Manager

Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West is seeking an Event Planning Manager to detail, upsell, and service Group Sales bookings. This role acts as the liaison between clients, meeting planners, and the hotel team, covering banquet food, beverage, room rental, AV, menu planning, and VIP requests. Responsibilities include administering the sales agreement and coordinating communication before, during, and after events to ensure exceptional service.
