Apply for this role →Emergency Medicine Physician Marion, IN We're hiring an Emergency Medicine Physician who wants strong earning potential and a flexible 4-days-on, 8-days-off schedule that provides meaningful time away from medicine. You'll step into an Emergency Medicine role focused on evaluating, stabilizing, and treating patients with acute illnesses and injuries. You'll manage a broad range of emergency presentations with strong clinical autonomy and support from an experienced multidisciplinary ER team. Why this role is compelling • Flexible 4-days-on, 8-days-off schedule • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, or 12:00 PM-12:00 AM • Significant consecutive time off built into your rotation • Practice across two modern Emergency Medicine locations • Experienced ER staff and multidisciplinary clinical support • Quarterly incentive opportunity of 10% of salary • Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents • Established electronic medical records

- You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- You completed an Emergency Medicine residency
- You're comfortable managing medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, psychiatric, and traumatic emergencies

Compensation & Benefits:
- $145-$156 per hour
