Full-Time Unarmed Security Professional

Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. Document incidents accurately and maintain detailed reports. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism.

Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Knowledge of conflict management techniques is essential. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies is a plus. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
