IP Associate: Patent Prosecution & Litigation (Hybrid)

WilmerHale seeks an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join its IP practice. The role involves patent prosecution and IP litigation, and may be based in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC. Candidates should have 2–4 years of post-JD experience with a focus on both prosecution and litigation.
