Litigation Associate

Location: New York, NY

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: Assist with a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents Support case strategy development, discovery, document review, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other relevant parties Work closely with colleagues across offices on cross-border matters QualificationsJ.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school Admission to the New York State Bar, or eligibility to practice in New York At least one year of relevant legal experience, preferably in litigation or dispute resolution; exceptional candidates without relevant experience will also be considered Excellent written and spoken English Professional proficiency in Chinese Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
