Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 annually Health & Wellness: Company-paid Life Insurance Policy and Employee Assistance Program; Medical, Dental, Vision; Supplemental Life Insurance; LTD/STD Retirement: Company-sponsored 401K Retirement Plan with company match Other Benefits: Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Location: Dallas, TX., On-site Department: Operations Reports To: Executive Management TeamOVERVIEW: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Director with a strong operational mindset to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics activities. This role is ideal for former military leaders who excel in mission execution, resource management, and leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Your experience in planning, movement, supply, accountability, risk mitigation, and personnel leadership directly aligns with this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily logistics operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and mission-ready execution
- Plan and execute high-volume distribution operations with strict time, cost, and quality requirements
- Manage and develop frontline supervisors and operational team; establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and execution timelines
- Monitor KPIs, readiness metrics, and cost controls; implement continuous process improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to remove operational obstacles
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans We strongly encourage applications from:

- 5+ years of logistics, operations, supply chain, 3PL leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience using operational data to drive performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
